The Student Long-Term AAC Data Tracker includes 5 different sheets for multi-year data collection:
Length of Device Use Calculator
Core & Fringe Vocabulary Calculator
Dynamic AAC Goals Grid (DAGG) Scores Tracker (with auto-generating chart)
MLU Calculator (with auto-generating chart)
Gestalt Tracker
These make an excellent reference for team members to see how far a student has come, and for writing annual and triennial IEPs. Not all tabs will apply to all students, but it offers several options so you can easily customize by making a copy for each child on your caseload.
The AAC Quick Reference Slides are intended to provide an at-a-glance overview of the student’s AAC system, AAC device, and a handful of the most crucial AAC strategies. They’re great for training new staff members, and for including with sub plans. The template includes 11 of the most common apps/layouts which you can easily pare down to just the one that applies to your student.
Both the Student Long-Term AAC Data Tracker and the AAC Quick Reference Slides are fully editable and customizable. PLUS you’ll get a video describing all of the features of each product, and giving you a peek into the simple, scalable Google Drive organization system that I use to manage all of my student files. I know I can’t be the only one who loves a perfectly organized file system, or some pretty data… so if you do too, I hope you’ll love this product!
